The mobile locker system "MobileLine" was specially designed to meet the requirements of event organisers and equipment rental companies. Thanks to its compact size and robust castors, it can be easily transported to any location. The SafeCube app allows guests to easily book a locker via their smartphone. This eliminates the need to queue at the cloakroom as before. Online payment services can also be activated on request. The flexible use and elimination of staff at the cloakroom allows you to adjust the capacity of your cloakroom area at short notice.

Respond flexibly to requirements - expand the number of compartments at any time with Extension-Locker

Each MobileLine Main-Locker can be connected to the extensions (Extension-Locker). This means that you can react to requirements at short notice at any time and change locations in the shortest possible time. A must in modern event logistics. The connection is made via a port on the back, which connects the Lockers to each other (daisy chain).

Central parking brake

The central parking brake locks the front wheels and prevents them from rolling away unintentionally.

Rollbar

The MobileLine can be driven to any location. The wheels are equipped with a polyurethane elastomer tread that is gentle on the floor and dampens vibrations, and are characterised by low starting and rolling resistance. The centrally operated brake system locks the front wheels.

Magnetic plinth panel

Once the brakes have been fixed, the stainless steel plinth panels can be attached using an integrated magnet.

Thanks to the flexibility of the MobileLine, the mobile locker system can be used at a wide variety of locations at any time. And that's not all: thanks to the connections on the back, a Main-Locker can be extended by any number of Extension-Lockers. This means that the system can be perfectly customised to your individual requirements. This means you always have the right compartment sizes and the right total number of compartments for your application.

Where is the technology housed?
All technical components required for operation are housed in the master compartment of the Main-Locker. The extension lockers do not have any operating elements as standard.

Extension-Locker - Extension modules

With the mobile locker system's extension lockers, you can easily expand the number of lockers required at any time. They do not have an integrated touchscreen or other operating elements.

Mobile locker system with plug & play

Sophisticated systems enable fast commissioning

Our locker systems are fully plug & play capable. A VARIOCUBE system only requires a 230-volt socket, while the internet connection is established via the integrated LTE router. The connection to the cloud and the automatic loading of the corresponding software take place automatically.

Our CUBE Admin Centre is directly connected to the cloud service. Thanks to the operation of our own APN in the LTE network, we have extensive monitoring and security mechanisms at our disposal.

Plug & Play extension of the MobileLine

The mobile locker system is characterised by the fact that extensions (extension lockers) can be easily connected, thus creating additional capacity without any configuration effort.

The MobileLine Master-Locker's range of functions can be further extended with the optional equipment options. For example, it is possible to control external door drives, install payment terminals and various readers and scanners. These options give you maximum flexibility for your application.

Burglary & theft protection

ProLine modules have Burglary protection/resistance class RC4 in accordance with EN 1627.
The locks and hinges of the Variocube MobileLine enclosure systems can only be opened with suitable burglary tools. However, if a compartment is forced open, the lock in question sends this information to the control unit. Corresponding warning messages are sent to the administration.

Fire protection & extinguishing equipment

MobileLine locker systems have the Fire protection class A1 according to EN 13501-1.
Aerosol fire extinguishers can be integrated into the individual compartments as an option. These two extinguishing devices enable targeted firefighting until the fire brigade arrives.

Data protection

AES256 encryption guarantees secure data transmission. Operated in a ISO 27001 certified data centre.

The Variocube communication unit is equipped with a firewall that blocks all incoming data traffic. When commissioned, a Variocube Smart Locker establishes an encrypted connection to the central management system in the cloud. From there, it receives its functionalities and loads the required applications.
