Each recipient receives an individual PO box number, which must be indicated on the recipient data when ordering.

The operator contact can be shown directly on the system display. There is no need to search the Internet.

The recipients receive the pick-up notification in real time by e-mail.

Recipients can use the POBox.app portal to centrally manage drop-off authorisations for all common parcel service providers.

Users can add additional household members to their account themselves; no additional user accounts are required.

The display name of a user can be changed independently on the POBox.app. This means that users can make name changes etc. themselves.

Users can collect parcels by entering the code on the display, by scanning the barcode on the scanner or by scanning an RFID card (NFC) / token.

Optional: Before storing a consignment, the deliverer(s) must enter:in the consignment number.

The recipients receive the pick-up notification in real time via SMS. This incurs additional costs for the messaging provider.

Recipients can be searched for directly on the display using the search function.
