VC ProLine special modules

These two product lines can of course be combined in terms of system technology and accessed centrally via the VC Core system. Handover of textiles

The VC-Tex modules are customised to the needs of dry cleaners. They allow the textiles to be transferred to be stored in two hanging compartments and one compartment for flat goods.

The VA-LGA modules have been specially developed by us for the transfer/storage of long goods such as cables, threaded rods, skis, etc.

The deeper ProLine 950 modules are primarily used for Luggage Locker or Click&Collect are used for larger product dimensions and are available as an indoor version with a standard width of 460mm and depth of 912mm (inside dimension).

Distribution of consignments

All types of consignments can be handled via LogisticsCube. Even bulky/heavy goods.

Sending consignments

Consignments can be sent to external recipients centrally via the portal with just a few clicks.

Process returns

Goods that are returned to your own company can also be recorded and processed.

User Administration

Administrators can manage user rights, add and remove users and manage rights. This is independent of the list of recipients.

Configurable notifications

The notifications sent by the system can be customised in the backend.

Import of recipient data incl. NFC

The recipient data can be imported via a .csv file. This list can also contain data from NFC cards.

The period for which the consignment data is saved can be set in the backend. After expiry, the data is automatically deleted.

Add consignments to a compartment

If a consignment is already stored for a recipient, further consignments can be added to the same compartment at any time.

Predefined recipients/processes

Predefined processes (document destruction, textile cleaning, handover to departments, etc.) can be displayed or suggested directly in the portal.

Learning recipient data

Recipients are automatically suggested after the first entry.

Grace period adjustable

The time that a compartment can be reopened after it has been returned (occupancy ended) can be set individually.

Excel export of consignment data

The consignment data can be exported in the form of an Excel file.

Redirection of consignments to departments

Consignments can be redirected from individuals to entire departments.

Configurable additional information

Additional information such as dangerous goods, heavy goods, bulky goods etc. can be configured using tags.

Evaluation of uncollected shipments

An evaluation of uncollected consignments can be created in the backend.

Automatic reminders

Reminders about uncollected consignments, returns etc. can be created automatically and managed in the backend.

Consignment details by barcode scan

Consignment details can be called up at any time by scanning the barcode.

Checking the compartments after collection

Optionally, lockers are blocked after collection and are only released for use again after approval by a mailroom employee.

Suitable for outdoor use

Our enclosure systems are also available for outdoor use. This means they can withstand even the toughest conditions.

Modular design

Thanks to the modular design of our locker systems, expansion or relocation is possible at any time.

Optional glass canopy

A canopy made of laminated safety glass keeps the users inside the system dry.

Doors on both sides

Double-sided doors are possible with a customised design, whereby a second touchscreen is only installed on the opposite side. This makes it possible to further reduce the number of people outside the house.

Little construction effort

Our locker systems only require a stable foundation and a 230 V power connection. The internet connection is established via the integrated LTE router.

RFID scanner

Access cards and key fobs can be recognised through the use of RFID readers (NFC). The compartment with the consignment then opens automatically.

Multilingual

POBox is available in various languages and is constantly being expanded. New language mutations can also be integrated at the customer's request.

Parcel shipping

Parcel shipping via the locker system can also be realised with a suitable service provider.

Sharing economy

With the sharing economy, rarely used appliances such as impact drills, high-pressure cleaners etc. can be borrowed flexibly by all residents.

Receiving parcels

The most important function is the flexible, time-dependent packet reception for all registered users.

Handover of goods

Goods can be easily transferred after being created in the backend. This enables the flexible transfer of items purchased on marketplaces.

Server location in the EU

The servers for our cloud software are hosted in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in the EU, which offers the highest security guidelines and is therefore fully GDPR-compliant.

Encrypted connection

A direct, AES256-encrypted connection is established in an APN tunnel via the integrated LTE router.

GDPR-compliant for the public space

In order to be GDPR-compliant in public spaces, no names may be visible on the display. Delivery is then made using a P.O. box number, which can be viewed at POBox.app.

Different types of receiver selection

Recipients can be selected in a list, only via a search mask or only via the mailbox number.

Each recipient receives an individual PO box number, which must be indicated on the recipient data when ordering.

The operator contact can be shown directly on the system display. There is no need to search the Internet.

Pick-up notification by e-mail

The recipients receive the pick-up notification in real time by e-mail.

Manage drop-off permits

Recipients can use the POBox.app portal to centrally manage drop-off authorisations for all common parcel service providers.

Add household members

Users can add additional household members to their account themselves; no additional user accounts are required.

Customisable display names

The display name of a user can be changed independently on the POBox.app. This means that users can make name changes etc. themselves.

Parcel collection options

Users can collect parcels by entering the code on the display, by scanning the barcode on the scanner or by scanning an RFID card (NFC) / token.

Delivery by consignment number

Optional: Before storing a consignment, the deliverer(s) must enter:in the consignment number.

Pick-up notification by SMS

The recipients receive the pick-up notification in real time via SMS. This incurs additional costs for the messaging provider.

Search function on the display

Recipients can be searched for directly on the display using the search function.
